Newark — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces an overnight ramp closure from northbound Rt 896 to northbound I-95 (Thursday) and overnight road closure on northbound Rt 896 (Thursday) for traffic pattern change. There will also be overnight lane closures for the following: southbound I-95 for barrier painting (Monday through Wednesday), northbound I-95 for overhead sign work (Wednesday), southbound Rt 896 for traffic pattern change (Thursday), and northbound and southbound Rt 72 for bridge work (Monday through Wednesday).

· Monday, September 22nd through Wednesday, September 24th: Overnight lane closure, Southbound I-95, Welcome Center to the Toll Plaza (7PM – 5AM)
· Wednesday, September 24th: Overnight multi-lane closure, Northbound I-95, Toll Plaza to the Welcome Center (10PM double lane closure, 11PM triple lane closure – 5AM)
