New Castle County — I-95 / SR 896 INTERCHANGE – ; UPCOMING CLOSURES
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces overnight lane closures on northbound and southbound I-95 for barrier painting (Monday through Thursday); overnight lane closures on southbound SR 896 for waterline work (Monday) and overnight lane closures on northbound and southbound SR 72 for bridge work (Monday through Thursday).

Monday September 8: Overnight lane closure, SB SR 896 between Welsh Tract Road and the I-95 Interchange (8PM – ; 5AM)
SR 72 IMPACTS
Monday September 8 through Thursday September 11: Overnight lane closure, NB and SB SR 72 between Royal Farms and Bellevue Road (7PM – ; 6AM)
UPCOMING ROADWAY and RAMP OVERNIGHT CLOSURE
Monday September 15: CLOSED, SR 896 NB between Old Baltimore Pike and the I-95 Interchange CLOSED (9PM – ; 5AM)
