Newark — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists overnight lane closures and rolling roadblocks on southbound I-95 for concrete barrier work and traffic shift (Tue.) and concrete barrier work (Thu.); overnight lane closure on northbound I-95 for concrete barrier work (Thu.), and overnight lane closure and rolling roadblocks on southbound Rt 896 to remove the contraflow traffic pattern (Wed.) There will also be a daytime closure of the right turn lane from eastbound Welsh Tract Road onto southbound Rt 896 (Mon. – Fri.)
