Newark — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists a daytime right turn lane closure from eastbound Welsh Tract Road onto southbound Rt 896 (Monday and Tuesday) for curb and gutter work. There will be an overnight lane closure on northbound and southbound I-95 for concrete barrier work (Tuesday) and rolling roadblocks on northbound and southbound I-95 for pavement striping, overhead sign and concrete barrier work (Monday – Tuesday.)
