Dover — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces Pavement Contracting Services, Incorporated located in GlennDale, Maryland, was awarded the $520,820 contract for the joint sealing operations on the north and southbound lanes of Route 1. This will result in lane restrictions, weather permitting, throughout Route 1 extending from the Dover Air Force Base in Kent County to Tybouts Corner in New Castle County. This project consists of two phases:
*Phase I: Dover Air Force Base to Biddles Corner Toll Plaza with restriction hours between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
*Phase II: Biddles Corner Toll Plaza to Tybouts Corner with restriction hours between 6:00 pm to 5:00 am. [More]
