Dover — The Delaware Department of Transportation announces that a new discount toll plan for frequent travelers of State Route 1 (SR1) will begin on October 1. The Frequent Traveler Discount Plan, which applies only to motorists with the E-ZPass electronic toll collection system, will reduce the toll charge by 50% off the cash price for all 2-axle vehicles.
