Dover — Governor John Carney has proclaimed May as Motorcycle Awareness Month and the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) along with the Delaware Department of Transportation and the Delaware Office of Highway Safety (OHS) are reminding motorcyclists and drivers to ride smart and ride safe.
