Dover — The Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is excited to unveil the latest edition to their online services at dmv.de.gov, Della the Chatbot.
Della began assisting customers on the website in early June 2024. DMV partnered with Google Cloud and SID Global Solutions Digital in the development of the AI-powered chatbot that will provide customers with human-like contact and improve the overall experience for those in need of online services.
