Dover — Governor John Carney has proclaimed May as Motorcycle Awareness Month and the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV), in support of the Delaware Office of Highway Safety’s (OHS) Motorcycle Safety campaign, urges both motorists and motorcyclists to create a safer ride through education and awareness.
Motorcyclists of all skill levels, both novice and advanced can enroll in a DMV Motorcycle Safety Course.
