Newark — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that there will be daytime rolling roadblocks on northbound I-95 between the Toll Plaza and the Welcome Center, Thursday, December 28th, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm so crews can install new traffic control signage.
Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area.
