Newark — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that daytime closure of the on ramps to Southbound I-95 from Northbound and Southbound Route 896 for bridge abutment excavation. Additionally, there will be Northbound I-95 nighttime lane closures for bridge girder erection, and overnight lane closures on Route 896 for barrier painting and signal installation.
