- The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that there will be OVERNIGHT CLOSURE OF NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND I-95 at the Route 896 Interchange to install steel bridge girders. To avoid delays on the detour routes through Newark, southbound I-95 motorists are encouraged to use Route 1 to US 40 to access southbound Route 896 and Route 273 to Route 4 to continue to the southbound I-95 detour.
· Monday February 12: Rolling Roadblocks, Northbound I-95 from the Toll Plaza to Route 896 Interchange (11PM – ; 3AM)
· Monday February 12 – ; Thursday February 15: Daytime lane closure, Northbound I-95 from Route 896 Interchange to the Welcome Center (7AM -5PM)
