Newark — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists starting Thursday, November 3rd through Friday, November 11th, crews will be repaving I-95 through the Route 896 interchange, including on and off ramps, and through the toll plaza. All lane closures will be from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am.
