Newark — The Department of Transportation announces that the northbound I-95 Satellite Toll Plaza will be closed for emergency pavement repairs from 7:00 pm Sunday, April 2, through 5:00 am Friday, April 7. DelDOT maintenance crews and James Julian Construction will be doing the emergency pavement work. During the week of the repairs, the five lanes of the Satellite Toll Plaza will not be in operation.
