PHOENIX – A crash closed the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 at 83rd Avenue in Phoenix, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
All traffic is exiting at 83rd Avenue. There is no estimated reopening time. Westbound lanes are not affected.
