(New Castle County) – The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that effective immediately the median crossover on US 13 at Port Penn Road and the Biddles Toll Plaza has been closed.
- Traffic accessing southbound US 13 from Port Penn Road will follow Port Penn Road to Pole Bridge Road and back to US 13.
- Traffic accessing Port Penn Road from southbound US 13 will follow US 13 to Pole Bridge Road and back to Port Penn Road. [More]
