Odessa (New Castle County) —
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that their contractor Mumford & Miller Concrete, Inc. will begin reconstructing the bridge backwall and expansion joint for the bridge over Drawyers Creek on U.S. Route 13 southbound between SR 896 and SR 299 in Odessa.
