Dover — The Department of Transportation in conjunction with the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) announces the start of it’s Retro Anti-Litter Awareness Campaign this week. Today, Secretary Carolann Wicks joined by Acting DMV Director Jack Eanes kicked off the timeless campaign with comments at the Dover DMV Office located off Bay Road in Dover. The campaign is being initiated to remind Delaware motorists (and all others) about the impact litter has on our state, and to encourage motorists to properly dispose of litter when in their vehicle.
