Dover — The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that the northbound and southbound highway-speed lanes at the Dover Toll Plaza on Route 1 will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. beginning on Tuesday, May 12 and ending on Thursday, May 14, pending weather.
