Dover — The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces the necessary closure of the Route 13 access ramp onto northbound Route 1 just north of the Biddle’s Corner Toll Plaza. The installation of a 75ft. high traffic monitoring camera pole requires the ramp be closed for motorist and worker safety.
