Both Scott A. Chervitz, for his Napoli Pizza restaurant in St. Peters, and Sherri Poff, for her Masterpiece Bar-B-Que restaurant in Chesterfield have pled guilty to two felony counts of failing to file and pay state and local sales taxes. Missouri Department of Revenue News
