NASHVILLE –- The Special Operations Unit of the Tennessee Highway Patrol will transfer a military-style Light Armored Vehicle (LAV) to the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday afternoon at the Special Ops Hangar in Nashville. The transfer comes after Special Ops acquired a similar vehicle from a military surplus program.
