Dover — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is prepared to handle the traffic conditions and coordination logistics of the semi-annual NASCAR races that will take place this weekend in the state’s capital city. DelDOT’s Traffic Management Center (TMC) staff will once more operate in the superior tradition that race fans and Delaware residents have become accustomed to.
