Dover — The Department of Transportation alerts all motorists that increased traffic can be expected on Delaware’s major corridors beginning Friday, September 3, as Labor Day Weekend 2004 gets underway. The Department is prepared for the many motorists that will utilize its roads this weekend to celebrate the “unofficial” final weekend of summer.
