Dover — Over the holiday weekend, 882,655 motorists passed through Delaware’s three toll plaza locations on I-95 in Newark, Route 1 at Biddle’s Corner, and Route 1 in Dover. Last year, 860,505 motorists traveled through the State’s toll plazas from Thursday, July 4 to Sunday, July 7.
