Dover — In order for Delaware’s Division of Motor Vehicles to stay in compliance with new Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations a number of changes will be occurring, effective July 8. The new regulations will impact the appearance as well as the restrictions and endorsements contained on the Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) and Commercial Driver License (CDL).
