Dover — Over the holiday weekend, 1,009,081 motorists passed through Delaware’s three toll plaza locations along I-95 in Newark, Route 1 at Biddles Corner, and Route 1 in Dover. On Friday, July 1 through Monday, July 4, I-95 Newark Toll Plaza served 430,274 vehicles; Biddles Corner Toll Plaza served 283,761 vehicles; and Dover Toll Plaza served 295,046 vehicles.
