Dover — Governor Jack Markell and Department of Transportation Secretary Carolann Wicks on Friday unveiled the final list of road, bridge, transit, bicycle and pedestrian projects to be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The Final List includes $ 121.9 million for highways, bridges, pedestrian, bicycle and other projects, and $ 19 million for transit-related projects.
