Dover — The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) continues to make progress on the $ 140.9 million in highway, bridges, pedestrian and transit-related projects funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). DelDOT is on target to meet the following deadlines: Fifty percent of the funding for highway projects must be ready to advertise by June 29, 2009 and the other 50 percent by February 17, 2010.
