ANKENY, Iowa – Oct. 27, 2020 – The Iowa Department of Transportation driver’s license service center located at River Place, 2339 Euclid Ave., in Des Moines reopened today after a brief closure to update the facility allowing for additional services.
This center, which had previously only served customers requesting driver’s license or ID card renewals, will now offer the following services:
- Knowledge testing for all license types
- Driver’s license and ID card renewals
- Non-commercial drive testing
- Issuance for all license and ID types
- Driving records questions and processing
Due to parking lot space restrictions, commercial drive tests and motorcycle skills tests will not be offered at our Des Moines location.
