The Delaware Department of Transportation will be honoring the dedication of the new Delaware Women’s Military Service Monument with the issuance of the Women’s Military Service (WMS) license plate for Delaware Women Veterans.
As part of the ceremony, the Women’s Military Service (WMS) license plate for Delaware Women Veterans will be officially released and the “DMV On the Go” mobile unit will be on site for those wishing to purchase the plate.
