Dover — The Delaware Department of Transportation and the Delaware River & Bay Authority (DRBA) jointly announce that the E-ZPass system the will become active on July 18 on the Delaware Memorial Bridge is compatible with the existing DelDOT E-ZPass systems currently operating on the I-95 and State Route 1 toll plazas. The DRBA is the bi-state government agency that owns and operates the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
