New Castle Division of Motor Vehicle Offices to be Closed Tuesday, September 2 for Renovations by
New Castle — The Division of Motor Vehicle (DMV) inspection lanes and offices at Airport and Churchman’s Road in New Castle will be closed to the public on Tuesday, September 2 for renovations. All customers with business at the DMV on that day are asked to use the new 10-lane facility at 2230 Hessler Boulevard, south of Wilmington, in Minquadale. Additionally, at 12 noon on Friday, August 29, and until the renovations are complete, drivers who are suspended or revoked or need to see a Driver Improvement Officer must go to the Minquadale facility.
