Dover — The Department of Transportation announces that on Monday, August 25th David A. Bramble, Inc. will begin to modify and add highway speed E-ZPass lanes to the Route 1 Dover Toll Plaza. Southbound lanes on SR-1 from the Dover Toll Plaza to the White Oak Road Overpass will be restricted as follows:
