Dover — The Department of Transportation announces that Phase I construction is underway on improvements to the Danner Campus, home to DelDOT’s Administration Center, Dover Division of Motor Vehicle (DMV) facilities and the Department of Safety and Homeland Security offices (DSHS). During this phase of construction, the Danner Campus is scheduled to undergo traffic circulation improvements.
