Dover — The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that the southbound Route 1 Highway Speed E-Z Pass Lane at the Dover Toll Plaza will be closed from 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.-12 a.m. on Wednesday, June 22. The closure is needed to perform final adjustments to violation cameras.
