Dover — The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that effective this week, the Division of Motor Vehicles will be inaugurating the new International Registration Plan (IRP) for the registration of all interstate commercial vehicles within Delaware. The new IRP system will move the IRP customer through the registration process quicker.
