Dover — The Department of Transportation announces that Byers Electrical Construction, LLC, is the low bidder to rehabilitate the I-95 Newark Toll Plaza Short-Term Improvements. For this project, the New Jersey-based firm submitted a bid of $ 720,617.53, the lowest of two bids received.
