Dover — The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) reminds travelers to exercise caution as heavy holiday traffic is expected throughout the state this Thanksgiving weekend. The busiest travel times are from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. the day before Thanksgiving and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday after Thanksgiving. This is the first Thanksgiving that the reconstructed I-95 Newark Toll Plaza will feature highway-speed E-ZPass lanes and seven fully-staffed manual cash-lanes available in each direction. [More]
