The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that a planned motorcycle rally sponsored by America’s 9/11 Foundation is expected to delay northbound I-95 traffic on Saturday morning, August 20. The America’s 9/11 Ride is an annual memorial tribute event to honor the heroes, volunteers, and victims who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
