Dover — The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that the southbound
highway-speed E-ZPass lane (Lane 41) at the Dover Toll Plaza will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 16. In addition, the northbound highway speed E-ZPass lane (Lane 40) will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, April 17.
