Newark — The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that starting on Monday, September 13, and continuing through Wednesday, November 17, A-Del Construction Company will begin construction of Highway Speed E-ZPass Lanes at I-95 Newark Toll Plaza. This construction will necessitate multiple lane closures in both directions, and lane closures will vary throughout this phase of the project.
