Dover — In today’s world, fast-paced is the norm and no one wants to stand in line any longer than they have to. Recognizing this, the Delaware Department of Transportation’s (DelDOT) Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has been making progress in reducing wait times and is unveiling two new efforts aimed at further improving customer satisfaction for driver licensing and vehicle registration services at all four DMV facilities. “Customer service is our number one priority, so we’ve been measuring our efforts and looking for creative and effective ways to keep improving,” said DMV Director Jennifer Cohan.
