Middletown — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that the Biddles Toll Plaza will close northbound Lane One on SR 1 (manual/collector lane) for the removal and replacement of concrete. The work is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. on Monday, December 7 until 3 p.m. on Thursday, December 10. Variable message boards will be posted on SR 1 to advise motorists of the upcoming lane closure.
