Dover — The Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) hosted a grand opening ceremony today for the new Delaware E-ZPass Customer Service Center (CSC) and DMV Call Center located in downtown Dover on Loockerman Street. Transportation Secretary Shailen Bhatt, DMV Director Jennifer Cohan, and operating partner TransCore Inc., were joined by Lt. Governor Matt Denn, State Senator Brian Bushweller, State Representative Darryl Scott, Dover Mayor Carleton Carey, E-ZPass employees, downtown Dover merchants and others in celebrating the opening of the newly renovated offices.
