NASHVILLE — On Wednesday, Trooper Michael Kilpatrick initiated a traffic stop that led to a drug possession arrest on Interstate 40 eastbound in Hickman County. Kilpatrick, the Tennessee Highway Patrol’s Lawrenceburg Interdiction Plus (IP) Team Leader, was assisted by IP Trooper Phillip Long.
